Another thing I like about the Stanley 2.0 is the two-tone design with the logo and the line that separates the colors. It also has some nice accents on the top of the cup. 

The Stanley 2.0 is a high-quality cup that holds your water well, but it also comes with a high price tag. It costs $40, plus $10 for shipping.

That’s a $50 cup, which is quite expensive.

About The Reduce Tumblers

The Reduce Cup is a more affordable option that you can easily find at Target or on Amazon. The prices vary, but they are usually between $20 and $30.

The Reduce cup also comes in different colors, like this cloudy sky blue which is my favorite. 

It is a very beautiful and soothing color that I love.

What I don’t like: is the brass ring on the bottom of the cup. It clashes with the color and the style of the cup.

Stanley Vs The Reduce: A Showdown

The Reduce cup has a pop-on lid that is matte, which I prefer over the glossy lid of the Stanley 2.0.

The matte lid doesn’t show the scratches from cleaning as much as the glossy lid does. The Reduce lid is also very secure and doesn’t leak. The Stanley 2.0 has a regular straw that works fine, but nothing special.

The Reduce cup has a straw that has an extra piece on the bottom that prevents it from falling out of the cup. I understand why they did that, but I don’t really like it.

It makes it harder to take the straw out and clean it. I prefer the simplicity of the Stanley 2.0 straw.

One of the features that I appreciate most about the Stanley 2.0 cup is the rubber seal around the straw. It prevents any water from spilling or splashing out of the cup. It also keeps the straw in place, making it easier to drink.

It feels like a water bottle, but better.

Both cups are stainless steel, but the Stanley 2.0 has recyclable materials. They both feel sturdy and durable and are dishwasher safe, but the Reduce cup says to put it on the top rack only.

More importantly, each cup has a spout to drink from without the straw. The Stanley 2.0 has a twist spout that closes securely. The Reduce cup has a flip spout that locks in place.

The Reduce cup also has a cap that you can put on the center of the lid. I like that because it allows you to have the straw in the middle of the cup. It doesn’t matter how you pick up the cup, the straw is always there.

The handles are another thing that I want to compare.

Which Holds Water Colder: The Reduce Or Stanley 2.0?

Both cups keep my water cold all day long. The Stanley 2.0 holds the ice a little bit longer than the Reduce cup, but not by much. They do a great job of keeping the temperature.

TikTokers say the Stanley 2.0 is more prone to tipping over because it is taller and narrower than the Reduce cup.

I have never had that problem with either cup, but I can see how that could happen.

The Reduce cup is shorter and wider, which makes it more stable and less likely to fall. The biggest difference between the two cups, besides the price and the availability, is that the Reduce cup doesn’t fit in most small car cup holders, but the Stanley can.

It’s a dream to travel with because it doesn’t move or spill. Of course, if you have a bigger car, a truck, an SUV, or a car with an expandable cup holder, you’ll have no problem.

Which is best? Well, it depends on what you value and how much you want to spend. The Stanley 2.0 is a more expensive but more stylish and comfortable cup.
